Needs exam: This really needs an exam and a more complete evaluation. Best thin to do is to see your primary care for a proper evaluation. Doesn't sound urgent, but sometime in the next week or so should be fine. Hope this helps!

Bumps on throat: Could be due to PND(post nasal drip), sinusitis,reflux. Sometimes the reflux can cause cobblestoning, it is mucusal edema due to irritation. . Consider elevating head of bed, zyrtec, ranitidine and prevecid follow up with doc to check for infection
