I have small bumps on my throat for about 3 months and now bad taste,lack of energy what might this possibly be??

Bumps on throat: Could be due to PND(post nasal drip), sinusitis,reflux. Sometimes the reflux can cause cobblestoning, it is mucusal edema due to irritation. . Consider elevating head of bed, zyrtec, ranitidine and prevecid follow up with doc to check for infection
