Probably not, but: I presume these findings are a result of a CT or MRI scan of the brain. In and of themselves, tiny spots may have no significance. However the important thing is the clinical correlation by the physician who ordered the test. this physician (perhaps a neurologist) should discuss these findings with you.

Why was MRI done?: There are several conditions that can cause increased flair signals in the deep white matter. Multiple sclerosis is the most "classic" one. Plaques are often seen in the white matter around the ventricles (fluid spaces in the center of the brain.) The significance of this finding is almost entirely dependent on clinical signs & symptoms. A neurologist can help answer this question for you.
