Infection: Infection, not responding to antibiotics. Call DDS who is treating you ASAP. You may need a root canal, or extraction.

See a dentist: Self medication will not treat your dental issues. A dark tooth is indicative of a dead nerve which would result in the need for root canal therapy. Antibiotics alone will not help. You need to see a dentist ASAP before the infection spreads further.
