NO necessarily.: These can be related to the things you eat, alcohol intake and body metabolism. They are certainly more common as one ages but can easily be seen in young adults. These are not common in children.

Not at all: as I have seen kidney stones in just about all age groups. Getting younger. In the younger ages believed to be related to high I tack of certain foods with salt and lack of fluid intake. Older age patients depends on what kind of stone. But in all age groups
