Maybe...: Birth-control pills contain hormones that can denature in heat and lose some effectiveness. Most pills will continue to be effective after a short exposure to heat and you should continue to take them until you can get them replaced. The safest course is to also use condoms and talk to your pharmacist about getting a replacement pack. Best wishes.
