Knee pain: i highly rec. you see an orthopedist immediately. if you are very athletic it just may be stress injury but if its been all you life you may need orthotics and certainly an XRAY

Hard to say: Knee pain your entire life would tend to mean that it is not an acute or progressive problem like a fracture, ligament injury, muscle tear or even tumor. Chronic things include arthritis, meniscus, or even vascular. There are long lists of things that it could be but you really need to see a specialist like an orthopedic surgeon who can examine your knee and do images to get a better answer
