No: The bruise should resolve just as if it was on another part of your body.

Can't say for sure: There is no way to say for sure whether or not there is something to worry about. It depends in part on what you scraped it on. A scrape and a bruise are no more worrisome on your breast than any where else but infections are always possible when your skin is broken and you might need to be concerned that your tetanus shots are up to dated.
