Unclear question: If you are asking about who the father of your child is, it is too close call. If you could provide more information about the date of your last menstrual period, it may help. It would be easier if you ask your doctor to assist. If you want to know with certainty, genetic testing can be done on the baby and the two men in question, should they wish to participate in determining paternity.

Testing: If you have unprotected sex you still usually receive 20 million or so sperm from a drop or more of semen during sex. This is why condoms should be used and why pulling out doesn't work. The sex you had on the 12th is more likely to be the cause of your pregnancy. However, things are too close and you need paternity testing done after birth to confirm which it is.
