Ask Baby's doctor: Really you should ask your baby's doctor the pediatrician or family medicine doctor which medications are safe while breast feeding. As far as hemorrhoids and anal fissure you should see a surgeon, GI specialist or proctologist. They will be able to examine you and find what treatment is best for you (and your baby).
