I had a tah 2 months ago, bladder pain and intermittent in lower abdomen. bladder was resected. 2 dip test were +70 leukocytes but no bugs. causes?

UTI: If you are having bladder pain and leukocytes, there is a good chance you have a bladder infection, even if the final culture does not grow out bacteria. There is a high false negative rate. I would at least do a trial of antibiotics, or ask for another urine test.
