Perhaps allergy: a tickle in the throat often means an allergic response to something you are inhaling, eating, or some medication, supplement of vitamin allergy. i don't know why it occurs when you breathe. does it occur when you breathe in cold air--some people are sensitive to cold air. if it persists, you may need an evaluation for asthma or allergy problem.
