Every other period, i have pain where my left ovary should be. i know its not cramps - but its worrying me a bit.

Don't worry: Some women do have left or right sided pain with periods, although this is more common mid-cycle when one ovulates. If there is a pattern of this pain every other month and then it goes away, I would not worry. Women can have unusual pain with periods. Everyone is different, and this is not a sign of anything dangerous.
