Time and Water: Patience will see you through this phase of weakness and light headed feeling. This is common in the beginning. Just drink lots of water. Stay away from simple refined sugars and carbohydrates. Good Luck and keep it up!

We are what we eat: It is important for your body to function well, to received the right nutrients. If you don't eat much now but drink sodas or have snacks with high carbohydrates you feel dizzy and tired. Try having breakfast with 2 scramble eggs and one wheat toast with cheese. No cereals,or juices or sodas. have one or two apples and nuts for snacks. Lunch/dinner:chicken,turkey,tuna,veggies. Lots of water!
