Partial arousal: It is normal for all of us to have "partial arousals" during sleep cycle in which we come to a state of " near awakeness" While babies sleep, they can sometimes appear to be restless and have movements like this during this time. Now is the time for her to learn to console herself to sleep without paci's and mommies rocking back to sleep! She can do it!

Sleep movements: These are akin to restless leg syndrome or sleep myoclonus. Speak to your pediatrician but it is unlikely you should worry
