HIV exposure: Hiv is caught with direct blood to blood or semen to blood exposure. Sex that leads to exposure in the vagina, rectum, or throat can lead to infection. Sharing needles for drug use can be a source of HIV infection if the person you share with is HIV positive. I f you want an HIV test, these are available at your local std clinic for sure.
