Either is ok: Just keep the stockings on and your legs elevated above the level of your heart whenever you are not walking for the next 2-3 wks.

Support hose.: The best grade for post sclerotherapy compression hose is debatable. The higher the compression the harder it is to use the stocking and the less the patient compliance. I recommend 20-30mmHg mercury pressure for post sclerotherapy compression.

20-30: I believe 20-30 is sufficient and the most patients can actually tolerate for a week.
