Here are some...: The odd to spontaneously pass a 4-mm stone from kidney through ureter to bladder is roughly 75-85% in 2 weeks after its onset, but it doesn't mean a smaller one always pass or a bigger one will never pass. So, besides stone size, prior Hx of stone passage, stone shape & location, & clinical course may contribute to the fate of a stone through ureter. Yet, it's an emergency if fever & pain presists
