See a urologist: The sensation of needing to urinate worsened with urination with a negative work up this far needs evaluation by a urologist. This could be a neurological problem but the urologist would be the one to tell. Hope this helps.

Hi would the antibiotic Trimethoprim give a false negative result on a std/ uti urine test if taken in close proximity of testing ? Specifically bacterial infection? I have had burning irritation on the tip of the penis but every test is clear?
