Why do i feel light headed, exhausted, sick to my stomach and weak after a bowel movement? i occassionally have dark bloody clots in the stool.

See your doctor. : Pain in your stomach coupled with blood in your stool could be serous. I especially don't like that you are light headed and exhausted. You may have lost a lot of blood. Call your doctor or get to an er/urgent care immediate.
