Could be UTI: You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI) causing urinary urgency. This occurs whenever there is irritation of the bladder or the urethra (that drains the bladder), or if the bladder is spastic. Usually there is an urge to urinary as well as an increased frequency with burning during urination. See your doctor for a urine test
