Different strokes...: The polls of patients say slightly more prefer Zoloft (sertraline) for panic, but it's a very unique fit. Neither was initially for that - they're antidepressants. That said it's often effective for panic and much, more combined w/ CBT therapy. Discuss w/ Dr. Don't do it yourself!
