Prob virus: With that constellation of symptoms, it is likely a virus; what is concerning is the high fever and diarrhea. If his temperatures are about 104, he runs the risk of febrile seizures; if you can't keep him hydrated enough, he runs the risk of dehydration, fast. If it's been going on for days, i would take him to see a doctor.
