2K IUs of Vitamin D3: is a drop in the ocean w/ a D level of 12. Please do what your doc says but I prefer 5K daily of D3, 10K for the first week w/such a low level. Peace and good health.

Had endoscopy two biopsies all normal.Doc put me on Nexium (esomeprazole) for a week.Nexium (esomeprazole) isn't working still have the same problem with constant gnawing.

Never had heart problems until stopped taking Atenolol for hyperthyroid (levels now normal). Doc didnt say to wean as took low dose for 2 weeks. Now I wake almost every hour with heart rate at 145 then slows down. Withdrawal? Will be doing holter?
