Lump: Such a lump could be a benign cyst or a tumor involving bone or muscle. I wonder if you had an xray or an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon as yet. If the ultrasound is nondiagnostic an mri May be needed depending on your physician's assessment. The axillary discomfort may be unrelated.
