That's All I Knowed: Sounds like a lymph node. They are little rubbery things that fight infection. First they may get tender, then they may enlarge in response to a progressing infection or inflammation. Next step on that train is the armpit. The lump you describe is probably the "epitrochlear" lymph node or nodes that fight infection in the last 2 or 3 fingers and that part of the palm. Anything there??? If not.....
