Yes, you can:: antibiotics do not affect your ability to get a vaccine. They will not affect how the vaccine works or cause side effects. However, you cannot get vaccines while on steroids, so if you are taking a steroid, you should speak to your doctor. You often need to wait a month before getting a vaccine after a course of steroids, in order for the vaccine to be its most effective.
