Colon To Semicolon?: You should think about Diverticulitis or a Ureteral Stone. Obviously much more information is needed but those are probably the biggies. But not all the possibilities, some of which could be serious (like Colon Cancer). So if you've never seen a doctor for this and you've had the pains for over two weeks, find a doctor muy rapido!
