Lipoma: if you have a lump under the skin it might be a lipoma. This is a fatty mass or tumor. If it is small and mobile then leave alone. If it grows or become painful, not mobile then see your doctor again. This could also be a lymph node. If you had a recent cut near that area it could be from inflammation. Hope this helps.
