Nonspecific: Your symptoms don't point towards a single diagnosis. It could be irritable bowel syndrome, however there is no test for this. There is some treatment for this. Sounds like a visit to your primary care doctor is appropriate. Ask about whether or not you need a referral to a G.I. doctor. Hope this helps!
