Scrunch, pop, or?: Hi NaomiG A noise or a feeling...unusual swellings that make noise generally have some extra air or fluid in them, and a scrunching feeling can be from inflammation. If the pimples don't resolve, or are painful, suggest you consult with dermtologist. Good luck!!
