Not to worry: infertility should be evaluated if you have unsuccessful pregnancy after 1 year of sexual intercourse without contraception. Semen deposited in the vaginal vault will normally and mostly run down and out of the vagina. The sperm w sufficient motility will penetrate and attempt to reach the ovum for fertilization. Majority of semen contain sugar and fluids beside the sperms.
