Left back pain: Could be sciatica, piirformis syndrome, ilio-tibial band . if not allergic try aleve (naproxen) 1-2 tabs 2 x a day . kinesiotape, warm bath in AM, ice in PM , massage and follow up with doctor/urgent care for PT referral . Could rarely be due to ovary or even kidney so f/u with doc
