STD: There is going to be a much higher incidence of STD's at bathhouses. Here in South Florida that's the case big time. You may want to get tested by your primary. Things like herpes, gonorrhea and chlamydia may be rather obvious in their presentation, but syphilis may not. Getting HIV and Hep C tested is also a good idea though I don't think it applies dramatically from what you've described.
