Hematuria: Depends on how long this has been going on. If recent, just a few days, could be a urinary tract infection. It is best to get a urinalysis (that is the first action). you can follow up from there. There are several reasons for blood in urine, with cancer being the least common for your age group.

Get cystoscopic exam: Urachal carcinoma is rare and the presence of small amount of blood in the urine can be due to a number of causes other than cancer like urinary stones, lacerations, inflammation etc. Kidney disease may also be the cause. A cystoscopic exam may help put ypur fears to rest. Mucus can also come from benign sources.

Urachus: Cancers of the urachus are very rare to begin with, while thef finding of a few rbcs and mucus in the urine are very common. So statistically, this is highly unlikely, especially in a young person. The hematuria at your age is also unlikely to be due to other cancers, but getting checked may be worthwhile.

Urachal cancer: I've only seen a handful of urachal cancers in the last 20 years. It would be very unlikely. Speak with your urologist. You may need to have an examination of your bladder with a cystoscope. Best of luck.
