Will not help: only way is removal ( surgery ) simple low risk out patient procedure If they are not bothering you ( not infected ) you can leave them alone speak to your doctor

See remark: These sebaceous cysts are harmless but may be annoying to you.They are like black-heads on your face. At your age ,treatment is to "puncture",excise them with a cautery (of course after anesthsia ,local,or sedation.If you have access to a urologist see him.Nothing over the counter --self administered--is available Good luck

Here are some...: Please do nothing with them as long as not bothering you mentally and physically since no OTC topical cream can rap them away. See doctor timely without "self-inflicting" for sebaceous cysts. Yours are not big and it is not uncommon to see sebaceous cysts grow to 5-30 mm. Best wishes...
