I had a positive ovulation test on may 19th and just started bleeding on june 19th. why is that? is that normal?

Bleeding: It could be implantation site bleeding. Check a pregnancy test. If negative, it could be that despite the positive test you didn't really ovulate. Don't forget the test kits predict ovulation, they don't guarentee it. If not ovulating you may have a false positive OPK result.
