My testicles don't hang low any more there always uo close, to my body or, in me what could be wrong ?

Nothing: The testicles and scrotum have a muscle that causes it to retract. The testes may hang lower or rise as one ages depending on the tonicity of this muscle (cremaster muscle). It is of no clinical significance and can be monitored if there are no other symptoms.
