Im 19 and my testicles don't hang low and seem small. my brothers are normal size and hang normally. whats wrong with mine?

Problem possible: Testicular atrophy is a problem that can be due to a variety of factors. Genetic causes, low hormones, varicoceles, and history of trauma can cause the testicles to be smaller than the normal size. See a urologist and obtain a sonogram to see what is going on.
