See remark: The back pain MAY be due to Rheumatoid arthritis I don't know what kidney issues showed in your blood? because leukocyte esterase is urine test for presence of pus cells ,despite that it was only TRACE which is insignificant. Was your surgery recent which may account for right pain .Feel free to elaborate on any other complaint .Best of health
