Meds: When you passed the stone did you get pain meds? if you did effect can linger on. Also when u are passing a stone, you may have increased sympathetic activity due to pain, and can feel drained after that. if the symptoms linger, talk to your MD.

Here are some...: The process of kidney stone passage can be a tough stress from "unbearable" pain leading to sleep deprivation, mental and physical stress, side effects from pain medication, or worse yet if superimposed infection takes place, etc. All these may take dramatically down overall well-being, which takes time to recover.
