Gluten related foo: Antigiadin test mostly not always positive so one should avoid wheat rye oat barley and any thing which has gluten before test if you were taking gluten so gut is inflamed and malabsorption had been going on, for all nutrients and vitamins.

Hard to speculate: Some Gluten sensitive pts with irritable bowel syndrome or other obvious symptoms will not clear on a rigid gluten free diet.The prior gut tissue injury may predispose them to other food sensitivities,or they may just be intolerant to things. Many are intolerant to #40 red dye or other artificial dyes.Other food sensitivities would need to be be tested individually to sort out the problem ones
