I have lower left pelvic pain, pain increases when getting up from laying position, coughing, any type of strain on my body for 4 days, very sore.

Appendicitis? PID?: Unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain needs prompt medical evaluation. Location is right for appendicitis. You're also at an age with higher risk for pelvic inflammatory disease, especially likely if you also have vaginal discharge -- but only if at risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and other STDs. See a doctor before weekend; if your doctor isn't available, go to an urgent care clinic or hospital ER.
