Multiple Supposeds: It could be something you need to see your doctor about or, if not him, then a neurologist. Chances are it's something that will resolve on its own but you say you've had it for a few months so best to be safe and have it checked out. As for what it could be, I'd worry about the nerves--not the ones that make you "nervous," but those that attach to your muscles and other structures, supposedly.

?carpal tunnel?: Could be due to texting or keyboard or other repetitive hand/ wrist activities, you are developing local wrist inflammation which results in nerve compression at wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome. Your doctor should be able to help.
