Is there a difference in the effectiveness of menopur versus gonal-f?

Gonadotropins: Great question! In general, meaning if given to large numbers of women, the answer is "no they are the same", equal numbers get pregnant. Sometimes (sometimes!) one or the other may perform better for a specific woman; this is something to discuss with a doctor who knows you well. Many fertility specs use one/or the other based on their own experience. Good wishes.
