How can i remove a fresh piercing without it getting infected? i know taking it out before healed is bad, but its causing me problems.

Get it out now!: The risk of infection is 100 times greater with the piercing hardware in place. If already infected you will never get rid of the infection until its removed. If you're not yet infected then removing it will assure that it doesn't get infected & should help resolve whatever other problems its causing. Whoever told you that you shouldn't remove before it's healed is dead wrong! Get a tetanus shot!
