See MD: You have two issues: wanting to stop Buspar (buspirone) and abdominal/muscle pain -- not necessarily related. Suggest you see your primary care provider asap to get an exam/evaluation for abdominal and muscle pain. Call your prescribing doctor to advise on Buspar (buspirone). You should have medical supervision if tapering or stopping a medication. Hope this helps.
