Not for Here: You're young and the likelihood of serious heart problems is low, especially if you've had a normal echocardiogram, but every person is different and i just admitted someone at 28 yrs old for a heart attack, so my advice to you is that only an in-person eval can help you get to the bottom of your issues; the web forum, especially with its character limit, is probably seriously inadequate to task.
