Need more info: How do you know "definitely no infection"? This sort of discharge suggests infection, but If this has been professionally evaluated and found none, discuss it further with the doctor. If you're judging no infection on your own (e.g. low STD risk), that's not sufficient. Bacterial vaginosis? Hormonal changes? Contraceptive method? Any chance you're pregnant? Keep working with your doctor.
