Probably no problem: Chlamydia can cause infertility due to blocked Fallopian tubes, sometimes with no symptoms of abdominal pain etc. And repeat infections increase the risk. OTOH, throughout human history, long before chlamydia was discovered, many women were infected, often repeatedly -- and the human race had no trouble reproducing itself. With 2 episodes and no complications, odds are very low you are infertile.
