Menopause: Nova sure does not affect the ovaries, ovulation or egg production. If you have Novasure done then proper contraception preferably a permanent method should be used. At age 52 you may be in menopause. Your doctor can do an FSH test to determine. If you wanted to know about egg reserve then an AMH blood test can be done

Ovulation predictor: The Novasure proceedure has no effect on ovulation. It is more likely that your age, 53, would effect that. Women in their 50's ovulate much less regularly if at all because of menopause. An ovulation predictor kit can still tell you if you are ovulating but it is harder to know when to use it even without the Novasure. Hope this helps.
